Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account starts a self-service 14-day trial on the Launch plan, with no payment method required to begin.
What is included during the trial?
The Launch plan: 1 active Project Intake and 50 Project Briefs per month, with guided setup and the client portal.
What happens when the 14 days are over?
You need a paid plan to publish new Project Intakes. Project Intakes you already published keep accepting submissions as long as your workspace stays active.
When does billing start?
Choosing a paid plan starts billing immediately, whether or not your trial days are used up.
What counts as an active Project Intake?
Each Project Intake published on your website counts toward your plan's limit, whether or not it is currently receiving visitors.
How is the Project Brief quota measured?
Each completed Project Intake that produces a Project Brief counts once, and the quota is measured per calendar month.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your client portal billing page.
